History and information

This gîte, neat the 16th century fortified farm and church of Treignes, was built in local stone. The owners have renovated this former hardware store, keeping its original atmosphere. The decor features vintage advertisements, biscuit tins, scale and other interwar period items.

Chez Marie-Angèle can welcome up to 14 guests. It has 6 bedrooms, 1 large dining room, 2 lounges (one with a wood stove), 2 kitchens, 1 laundry room, 2 bathrooms and 1 terrace.

Around the gîte

Enjoy a stroll in the Viroin-Hermeton natural park or visit one of the local museums, the Espace Arthur Masson, for example.

Gourmet will want to visit L'Escavèche and the brasserie des Eaux Vives and des Fagnes.
